You may not float if:
You have colored your hair recently (bleach/highlights are okay). The required wait time is 10 days. This will ensure that the tank solution will not discolor your hair, and your hair will not discolor our solution. If your wet hair stains a white towel, your dye is not set!
You have a spray tan.
You have a tattoo that is less than a month old.
You are not able to enter or exit the float tanks without assistance and do not have a qualified chaperone. Our staff is not able to assist.
You have epilepsy that is not medically controlled and supervised.
You are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
You are in your first trimester of pregnancy.
You have large cuts or open wounds.
For Salt Therapy, please check with your physician if you have any form of tuberculosis, hyperthyroidism or chronic kidney disease. Salt Therapy is not advised for those in the acute stage of any respiratory disease.

Cancellation policy: Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to receive a refund or retain your Gift Card or Member Float credit.
We will issue a refund if you need to cancel your appointment because of illness.
