Safety Recommendations: Here is a short list of reasons to postpone your float:
You have COVID-19 symptoms and/or a positive COVID-19 test result within 10 days before your scheduled appointment..
You are not able to enter or exit the float tanks without assistance and do not have a qualified chaperone. Our staff is not able to assist.
You have epilepsy that is not medically controlled and supervised.
You have had your hair colored (bleach is okay) recently or a spray tan. The recommended wait time is 10 days. This will ensure that the tank solution will not discolor your hair, and your hair or spray tan will not discolor our solution.
You are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
You have a new tattoo. The recommended wait time is four weeks.
You are in your first trimester of pregnancy.
You have large cuts or open wounds.
For Salt Therapy, please check with your physician if you have any form of tuberculosis, hyperthyroidism or chronic kidney disease. Salt Therapy is not advised for those in the acute stage of any respiratory disease.

Cancellation policy: Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to receive a full refund of the value of your service or retain your gift card or membership credit. This policy helps us to stay afloat as a small business, particularly during this period when reduced capacity is mandated.
We will gladly give a full refund at any time if you need to cancel your appointment due to health issues- please do!
